THE LOGISTICS
WHEN: Friday, January 29 to Sunday, January 31, 2027. Arrivals from 3:00 PM Friday, checkout by noon Sunday.
WHERE: Mandala Springs, in the Mayacamas Mountains of Cobb, California — about two and a half hours north of San Francisco.
WHO: You, plus forty of your closest SoulFriends. Guided by Christie Sara Haynes, Jenn Perell, Lindsay Jensen-Evans, and Jenni Maiwald Wendell.
THE WEEKEND:
Friday — NAME IT. Arrive, set it all down. By night's end, the belief has a name.
Saturday — EXAMINE IT, then UPDATE IT. The heavy part, held with care — then fire, good food, and dancing.
Sunday — LIVE IT. Land it in your body. Take it home.
HOW IT WORKS: Every practice is an invitation and nothing is mandatory. We screen for breathwork at registration: if you're pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, a history of seizures, recent surgery, or glaucoma, tell us when you book.
DEPOSIT & REFUNDS: A $500 deposit holds your seat — fully refundable until November 30, 2026. After that it's non-refundable, but you can transfer your seat to a friend. Balance due December 15.

Name it. Examine it. Update it. Live it. The belief comes out of the body through experiential embodiment.
Breathwork and simple movement, guided by the SoulFriends Founding Circle.
Hot tub, fire pit, lawn games — sunshine, laughter, community, or you time.
Trails, the creek, a midday lie-down. This is also when add-on 1:1 sessions happen.
Theta Breathwork for deep rest and reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Wildflower Crown Crafting - Our closing ritual. Leave crowned like the QUEEN you are.
3:00 PM — Arrivals. Settle into your room, wander the land.
4:30 PM — Opening circle. You arrive and set it all down. Nothing is asked of you except honesty.
6:00 PM — Dinner together.
7:30 PM — Evening session. By the end of the night, you look straight at the belief that's been running your life — and call it by its name.
Morning — Coffee, tea, breathwork + movement.
Brunch.
Midday — The deep work. The belief comes out of the body: where it came from, who handed it to you, what it's cost you. The heavy part of the weekend, held with care. Every practice is an invitation.
Afternoon — Open time. Rest, wander, add-on 1:1 sessions.
Evening — Dinner, then the night is yours: fire, good food, music loud enough to dance to.
Morning — Breathwork + movement, brunch.
Late morning — Closing session. The weekend lands in your body so it doesn't evaporate on the drive home. You leave with a practice you'll actually use and someone in your corner for the next 30 days.
12:00 PM — Checkout and goodbyes.
Meet Lindsay and Jenni.
Lindsay Jensen-Evans and Jenni Maiwald Wendell have spent decades creating spaces where women finally exhale.
Between them: a licensed psychedelic facilitator and breathwork guide, and a community builder whose spaces women still speak about with longing. More than twenty years of holding women through the transitions that matter most. They have sat with brilliant women who were leading from exhaustion, building from urgency, and holding everyone else together while quietly longing for a room that could hold them.
SoulFriends is the gathering they always wanted to attend. So they built it.
